We went full New York warehouse with our design for Ferrum. The apartments’ exposed brick and concrete were crying out for a meticulous, industrial design. We’ve blended old with new, using a range of fabrics to offset and soften the exposed ceilings and warehouse-style hanging light shades. 

Bright white tiling in the bathroom and kitchens further the air of industrial chic, adding an almost clinical edge, while bold pops of colour add depth and warmth. Rich wooden worktops, wooden floors and leather sofas deliver that Brooklyn loft vibe, with the natural materials adding comfort and homeliness. 

Ferrum is vibrant, intentional and stylish from top to bottom, just like its residents.
