Perched on the edge of the Chastleton Estate in the Cotswolds, Glebe Cottage enjoys an idyllic rural setting. We gave the dilapidated cottage a thorough revamp, reconfiguring the layout to work for modern living. The new open plan kitchen and family dining room have given the property a new lease of life. We were careful to blend the contemporary layout with all the charm that a country cottage deserves, layering woods in different tones and finishes with rich, natural hues of brown, beige, green, blue and the deepest of reds. Carefully introduced textures and patterns played a key role throughout the property, from pretty wallpapers for the bedrooms to statement lamps, lightshades, vases and more. The result is a cottage packed with unique
charm that pairs perfectly with its beautiful setting.
